Job summary

Elior is seeking a motivated Food Service Worker for our Corporate Dining team at Mitre Bedford. You will perform a variety of tasks, interact with a diverse client base, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30am to 2:00pm.

Responsibilities include salad bar duties, prep salad items, and deli service at lunch, with opportunities to work across areas such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom.

Qualifications

• Knife skills required; bench test may be administered.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a motivated Food Service Worker to our Corporate Dining team at Mitre! As a food service worker, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, learn a variety of skills, and interact with a diverse clientele daily in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Salad Bar position, preparing, serving, and distributing food, and may require working in various areas of the department, such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom.
• This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
• Prep Salad Items & Then Serve Deli at Lunch

What we’re looking for:

• Knife Skills - this position requires a knife cutting bench test
• Must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.
• Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior food service experience is preferred.

Compensation Range

$20 - $22hr
