Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, keeping equipment and utensils clean and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
3. Removes trash, disposes of it properly, and steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
4. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
6. Helps load/unload and deliver supplies and products.
7. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
8. Follows sanitation and safety protocols.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
