• We have an opening for a full-time Food Service Utility position.
• Location: One State Street Cafe - 1 State Street, Hartford, CT 06102. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior dishwashing experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties:

• Sweep and mop floors for safety and sanitation.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash, steam clean or hose out cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment.
• Assist with banquet and front-of-house setup.
• Load/unload and deliver supplies.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
