We are hiring immediately for full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY positions.

Location: MUSC dining - 171 Ashley Avenue, Charleston, SC 59425. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time schedule; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: No experience required. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and maintains garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet setup and front of house arrangements.
• Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
