Compass Group USA’s Flik Independent School Dining team is hiring for a Food Service Utility at Eastern Maine Community College in Bangor. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, with Monday–Friday shifts and some weekend work.

No prior experience required; training is provided to help you succeed in maintaining clean work areas and supporting foodservice operations. Pay ranges $17.50–$18.00 per hour, with free meals, uniforms, and laundering at select locations, plus a broad benefits

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to maintain sanitation.
• Wash prep surfaces and work areas.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies.
• Distribute supplies and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
