Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining is seeking a full-time Food Service Utility at The Fenn School in Concord, MA. The role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm with online applications accepted.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
