Job summary

Compass Group USA, through Flik Independent School Dining, seeks a FOOD SERVICE UTILITY for Fay School in Southborough, MA. The role supports kitchen cleanliness and front-of-house setup, with a schedule of Friday through Monday from 11:00 am to 7:45 pm.

Prior hospitality, food prep, or handling experience is preferred. Compensation is fixed at $21.00 per hour, with free parking, shift meals, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Front of house hospitality experience preferred.
• Food prep experience preferred.
• Food handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house setup.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
