Job summary

Circle K in Grafton, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Foodservice Supervisor to lead in-store Food execution and training. You will act as the go-to person for food products, manage replenishment, rotation (FIFO), and customer service while supporting profit goals.

Responsibilities include planning sampling events, conducting training, ensuring food safety, and collaborating with BUQAS teams to deliver program training. Prior experience in retail foodservice and supervisory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent retail training experience.
• Leading or supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Food category expert in store and ensure food service execution.
• Train store associates on Food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and customer service.
• Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers.
• Lead in-store training on new Foodservice programs and refreshers.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and compliant food safety practices.
• Monitor shrink and maximize foodservice profit.
