Job summary

Circle K Store 4705360 in Rootstown, OH is seeking a part-time Foodservice Associate focused on executing food operations, stock rotation (FIFO), and customer service. Evening shifts required, with weekday and weekend availability.

You will train and coach staff on food production, sampling, and safe handling, follow planograms, and help reduce waste while maintaining budgeted expectations. Previous foodservice and supervisory experience preferred; ServSafe/NRFSP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail training or instructional experience preferred.
• Leading or supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Act as Food Category expert in store and ensure food operations maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Train and coach associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and service.
• Be the go-to person for questions related to food products and services in-store.
• Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers.
• Lead in-store training on new Foodservice programs and refresh training as needed.
• Ensure foodservice areas are stocked and rotated using FIFO.
• Display items per current BUQAS planograms and assist in reducing Out Of Stocks.
• Monitor shrink and drive foodservice profitability.
• Support BUQAS training personnel and manager/store staff training programs.
• Maintain food safety practices and procedures.
