Job summary

Target in Selma, NC is hiring a Food Service Team Leader to guide daily operations on the sales floor and in Food & Beverage. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive freshness, safety, and inventory accuracy across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience helpful but not required.
• Interest and knowledge in food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Ensure team follows Target's guest experience commitments and operations.
• Observe and provide feedback to team members.
• Review metrics and drive improvements to guest experience.
• Plan workload to meet sales goals and manage food service transitions.
• Assign daily tasks based on workload and guest traffic patterns.
• Maintain food safety and inventory levels with guidance from supervisor.
