Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience standards and operating procedures.
• Lead a team of hourly team members; coach, train, evaluate, and develop talent.
• Manage daily tasks and workload to align with store priorities and goals.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper inventory levels across food service areas.
• Assist with shift planning and scheduling to support business needs.
