Job summary

Trinity Health Michigan is seeking a supervisor to assist the Service Delivery Leader by coordinating and leading daily department work assignments. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for improvement, solving problems, and modeling policy and customer service standards.

You will schedule staff, monitor performance, and coordinate cross‑department collaboration to maintain efficient workflows and high patient care quality. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related experience; 3–6 months' experience with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; conflict management.
• Ability to lead, plan schedules, and use department systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists the SDL with coordination and leads daily work assignments of department employees.
• Identify department opportunities for improvement and communicate ideas to the SDL.
• Coordinate staff schedules and manage daily work activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Provide performance feedback and support staff training and development.
• Gathers data to measure team effectiveness and prepares reports.
