Job summary

Trinity Health in Livonia, Michigan seeks a Full-time Night Shift leader to guide ministry and site area operations, enabling enterprise strategy execution and performance delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration across regions, standardization of processes, and governance over staffing and finances.

You will oversee functional leadership teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive KPI measurement while supporting the colleague lifecycle and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of two years progressive responsibility in housekeeping or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in computer-based technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice, guidance, and leadership to Region and Ministry leaders in developing strategies and in the achievement of performance goals.
• Enable Collaboration across and within System Services Area, Region and Ministries to ensure consistency and integration of strategy and operations.
• Leading standardization/systems and optimization of policy, process, methodology, establishing a national community of practice
• Oversee Vendor/Contract Labor Management including centralizing strategy and optimizing spend
• Communicates between System Services functional area, Regions and Ministry leaders
