Job summary

Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the center's food service operations, ensuring safe, nutritious meals and adherence to facility meal plans.

Under supervision of the Registered Dietitian and Center Manager, you will manage inventory, supervise staff, monitor temperature logs, and maintain accurate records while upholding sanitary standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• ServSafe Food Safety Management certification required.
• Experience supervising dietary personnel and ensuring sanitary kitchen conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the facility's food service operation.
• Monitor food inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
• Train and direct staff in food service operations.
• Conduct quality improvement checks and address issues with staff.
• Maintain meal production records and temperature logs.
• Oversee meal counts and vendor meal collections.
• Ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed at all times.
