ChristianaCare is seeking a Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor to lead sanitation, dishroom operations, and daily workflows in a hospital setting. You will ensure compliance with food safety, infection prevention, and service standards while directing teams responsible for cleaning and service ware management.

You will coach and train Food Service Assistants, adjust staffing to cover peak periods, and monitor safety, quality, and customer service across shifts.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily sanitation, dishroom, and support service operations.
• Monitor staff assignments, workflow efficiency, and performance to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching, training, orientation, and ongoing support to Food Service Assistants.
• Adjust staffing assignments and schedules to maintain appropriate operational coverage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, infection prevention, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain dish machine and pot washing machine temperature logs and sanitizer solution records.
• Perform and oversee routine equipment inspections and weekly deliming procedures.
• Communicate maintenance needs and follow through on repair requests.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, visitors, hospital staff, and team members.
• Assist with high-volume service periods and staffing shortages to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promptly report safety concerns or hazards.
