Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and use diverse utensils and machines to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Available to work weekends and holidays; schedule Sat-Wed 9:30am–6pm with Thu/Fri off.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portion to meet nutrition needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees/inmates.
