Qualifications

• Must complete a sanitation course before or during first year.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise employees.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food production per policies.
• Store food items in a safe, organized environment.
• Maintain serving schedules and adherence to menu specifications.
• Keep health and safety compliance and logs up to date.
• Validate inventory on a weekly basis and assist with orders.
• Coach and mentor staff; promote teamwork and morale.
• Operate in a safe environment and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Attend meetings and maintain staff communication channels.
• Possibly perform cashier duties as needed.
