Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course before or during first year.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production safety and quality.
• Store food items safely and organized.
• Maintain serving schedules per menu specifications.
• Maintain sanitation and compliance with health codes.
• Maintain weekly inventory.
• May prepare orders to ensure location production.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel and promote growth.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor staff.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs.
• Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance checklists.
• Recommend equipment upgrades.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking.
• Fill in for absent employees as needed.
• Coordinate catering events and deliveries.
• Occasional night and weekend catering events.
• Attend food service meetings.
• Communicate with staff via multiple channels.
• May perform cashier duties as needed.
• Promote good public relations.
