Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to lead and coordinate operations within our Food Services Team. You will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and support the Food Service Director with daily activities and safety standards.

The role emphasizes scheduling, staff development, and adherence to food safety protocols while maintaining quality and customer service at location-based catering events.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
• Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment.
• Maintain serving schedules; ensure all food items are served per menu specifications following Aramark policies.
• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis.
• May prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
