Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies.
• Store food items safely and organize storage.
• Maintain serving schedules and menu adherence.
• Maintain health and safety codes across the department.
• Monitor weekly inventory and assist with orders.
• Coach and develop employees; promote growth.
• Maintain safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs.
• Complete temperature logs with corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks.
• Suggest equipment replacements as needed.
• Be multi-task capable.
• Fill in for absent staff as needed.
• Maintain catering event knowledge and timely delivery.
• Occasional night/weekend catering events.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate with team.
• May perform cashier duties if required.
• Promote good public relations.
