Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to lead our food services team across multiple accounts in Decatur, IL. You will supervise staff, coordinate operations with a manager, and ensure safe, quality food service while traveling locally to accounts.

The ideal candidate should have reliable transportation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules and training. This role supports a fast-paced environment with occasional night and weekend catering events.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and understands verbal instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation due to local daily travel to multiple accounts.
• Maintains composure under stress and resolves interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic for cost control and inventory tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies and procedures.
• Maintain safe, organized, hazard-free work environment.
• Monitor inventory weekly and coordinate orders as needed.
• Train and mentor food service workers; promote teamwork.
• Maintain logs for maintenance and food safety checks.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate with office staff.
