Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to lead a passionate Food Services Team. You will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist the manager in coordinating operations. You’ll contribute to growth and pursue what matters to you within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure food items are stored safely and organized.
• Maintain serving schedules; ensure items are served per menu specifications.
• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes.
• Maintain inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote growth and teamwork.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain maintenance logs on equipment.
• Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
