Aramark Akron is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to lead a busy food service team. You will collaborate with a manager, oversee staff, and help operate daily food service duties, including scheduling, safety, and quality control.

You will supervise and mentor team members, manage inventories, and assist with occasional cash handling and catering events. This role requires strong organizational skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production to ensure safety and quality per policies.
• Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules and follow menu specs per Aramark procedures.
• Keep sanitary department compliant with health codes.
• Maintain weekly inventory records.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote growth, morale, teamwork.
• Maintain safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and logs for safety checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance checklists and suggest equipment replacements.
• Be capable of multitasking and handle catering events.
