Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and work instructions, using a variety of utensils and equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 21 years old, with preference for prior institutional food service experience. You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare and portion food lines.
• Train other food service workers and promote safety.
