The Food Service Supervisor II position involves supervisory responsibilities in managing food service operations and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards as outlined by the NC Food Code in a moderate scale food service operation. The role oversees food preparation, procurement and storage of food and supplies, staff training, and record keeping. A key component of the job is supervising and supporting employees through hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, and discipline. The supervisor is also responsible for planning and conducting in-service training for staff to maintain quality and safety standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and sanitary food service in a moderate-scale operation.
The working hours for the Food Service Supervisor II position are from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Salary Range: $39,244.00 – $68,679.00
