Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor for Eddyville Charter School to oversee on-site food operations and coordinate daily activities of service staff across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and cafes.

You will ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, while supporting management and training staff. Roles require 1+ year of related experience with supervisory preference and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
