Job summary

Sodexo in Florence Township is seeking a Food Supervisor to oversee on-site food service operations at the FLORENCE TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT. You will coordinate daily activities of service staff across fast casual, coffee/counter, cafeterias, events and casual dining, reporting to management and ensuring quality and efficiency.

The role requires a dependable, team‑oriented candidate with 1+ year of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to management on-site for service employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business needs.
