Aufgaben

• General Summary: Partner with the General Manager in planning, supervising, and managing operations in the food service area of FiveStar.
• Communicate, merchandize, and provide customer service in accordance with company policies.
• Stay informed on health and food safety regulations such as sanitation, storage, temperatures, and expiration dates.
• Adhere to company policies regarding inventory control, food quality, equipment maintenance and cleaning, and production guides for portions and weights.
• Follow up with General Managers on communications related to food service, promotions, and company programs.
• Responsible for merchandising including signage, pricing, freshness, and presentation of products.
• Promote company food service sales promotions and train/supervise staff in food service responsibilities.
