Job summary

Aramark in Oklahoma is hiring a Food Service Worker at Allen Gamble Correctional Center to supervise inmates and ensure meals align with production plans.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one year food prep or related work.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production guidelines and logs to ensure food safety and quality.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Direct inmates in use of Aramark recipes and train on cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Maintain security; ensure storage areas are locked.
