The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Food Service Supervisor to our Lancer Hospitality team at Dock & Paddle in Saint Paul, MN. As a food service supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

What you'll be doing:
  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation.
  • Educating on and administering proper portion control, appearance, and temperature for all food items per quality standards.
  • Performing food preparation and production tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures and to recipes.
What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

Experience supervising multiple employees.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
Nice-to-haves:

An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
Food Handler’s certification.

$20 - 24 per hour
