Job summary

Snelling Staffing Lexington is seeking a hands-on Concessions Supervisor to manage the operations of concession stands during full-time and part-time shifts.

You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, handle inventory and safety protocols, and train staff while maintaining accurate timekeeping and POS operations.

This position requires strong customer service, ability to work early shifts, weekends, and manage multiple stands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations of concession stands, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
• Oversees multiple concession stands, assists team members, maintains a safe environment during hours.
• Greets guests and responds to questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Trains concession staff.
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Available Shifts:

Full time role Monday - Friday 6:30am-2:30pm

Part-time role Saturdays 6:30am-2:30pm.

• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
• Trains concession staff
• Understands and troubleshoots point-of-sale systems
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
