This is a first-level supervisory food service position responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of food in a treatment program for youth in custody of the Missouri Division of Youth Services.
Knowledge of inventory procedures, ability to supervise and instruct staff, and proficiency with automated systems. Qualifications include:
Special requirement: Valid vehicle operator’s license.
Additional education in food preparation, dietetics, nutrition, or related fields may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
