Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced food service supervisor in Decatur, IL to oversee meal production and service for a correctional facility. You will supervise hands-on preparation, portioning, and ensure meals meet quality standards in accordance with daily needs and contracts.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service supervisor to our correctional team in Decatur, IL. As a food service supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.
