• ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Re-stock food and small wares supplies according to the established par levels
• Deliver or serve patient/guest meal trays and retail food items accurately and in a timely manner
• Keep retail or production preparation areas clean and sanitary using the established Public Health District standards
• Follow guidelines for food handling and sanitation and ensure compliance
• Prepares food and beverage requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Complete dish and ware washing duties as assigned
• Perform accurate cash handling for guest tray charges and retail food operations
• Maintain dish room, ware washing area and tray assembly area in a clean and sanitary manner
• Limit over production to minimum to control waste and food cost
• Work as a grill cook as needed
