Job summary

Army NAF is seeking a kitchen/dining attendant to perform a sequence of tasks in line with established procedures. Duties include breaking down and cleaning areas after meals, returning dishes to the kitchen, and assembling fruit and salads in standard portions.

You will also clean vents and surfaces, sanitize trash cans, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include completion of sanitation training within 30 days, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Ability to understand complex tasks and follow established procedures.
• Ability to follow simple instructions accurately and safely.
• Capability to use basic hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in kitchen/dining areas following established procedures.
• Break down and clean tables and areas after meals and return dishes to kitchen.
• Assemble or prepare fresh fruit and salads in quantity with dressing portions.
• Clean exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings, and walls; sanitize trash cans and dispose of trash.
