Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow simple instructions and use hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures.
• Break down and cleans tables and areas after meals and returns dishes and food to kitchen.
• Assembles or tosses fresh fruit and green salads in quantity with prepared dressings and portions.
• Cleans exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings, walls; sanitizes trash cans and disposes of trash.
