• Clean: Prepares dishes to run through commercial grade dishwasher; hand washes pots and pans; cleans and stores kitchen equipment after use.
• Storage: Maintains food storage within DHEC guidelines; handles additional duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.

Job Duties :

40% - Cook:
Prepares food as instructed and within DHEC standards. Weighs, blends and mixes ingredients according to directions. Cuts, slices, chops food.

40% - Clean:
Prepares dishes to run through commercial grade dishwasher. Hand washes pots and pans. Cleans and stores kitchen equipment after use.

20% - Storage:
Maintains food storage within DHEC guidelines. All other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.

Expected Hourly Pay is $12 - $13

Camp Bob Cooper, Summerton, SC or
