Responsibilities

• Set up buffet/food lines, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items.
• Serve food by placing portions on customers' plates and brew coffee as needed.
• Assemble and portion salads, desserts, and other items to standard serving sizes.
• Break down and clean the assigned area after meals and operate a mechanical dishwasher on a conveyor belt system.
• Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks in food service areas and sanitize rooms and equipment.
• Assist in inventory and adhere to safety and sanitation requirements.
