• Prepares vegetables, fruits, sandwiches, and salads; stocks dressings, beverages, and utensils.
• Maintains sanitation by cleaning equipment, surfaces, and floors; performs heavy cleaning tasks.
• Ensures safety by following sanitation standards; may unload deliveries and manage trash.
