Job summary

Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is seeking personnel to perform a variety of simple cooking tasks in a non-appropriated fund setting. Qualifications

• This position does not allow education substitution.
• FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet requirements, but equivalence must be proven.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of simple cooking tasks, including pancakes, sausages, eggs, hamburgers and vegetables.
• Prepare hot cereals and broiled meats; prepare soups, sauces, gravies and simple meals.
• Prepare and portion ingredients, set up and replenish the salad bar, and store leftovers per procedures.
• Wash and clean kitchen equipment and minimize waste by following written recipes and procedures.
