ODMHSAS is hiring a Food Service Specialist II to provide quality meals and service at Lighthouse Services in Woodward. You will prepare and serve meals for inpatient and residential facilities, using diverse cooking equipment, while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in commercial or institutional food service or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for inpatient and residential facilities.
• Use cooking and baking equipment; cut and prepare meat, poultry, and fish.
• Fry, roast, bake, and prepare a variety of foods.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary kitchen and food-service area.
• Provide direction and assistance to employees performing simple and routine food-handling tasks.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
