Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Food Service Specialist to support kitchen operations at our Washington locations. You will wash dishes, clean and sanitize kitchens, and uphold food safety standards to ensure a clean, compliant meal service environment for clients and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid WA Food Handler's card, and clear English communication. Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred and benefits include health coverage and retirement

Compensation:

New hires for this position typically start between $19.13 and $23.35 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you’ll do

The primary responsibilities of the Food Service Specialist are to wash dishes, clean floors and walls and maintain general cleaning and sanitizing standards for CFS kitchens. They are responsible for maintaining all food safety guidelines and procedures.
