Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure assigned job tasks are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests and time-off matters.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
