Qualifications

• Experience in concessions and event operations on a busy campus or venue.
• Ability to assist with light cooking and beverage service as needed.
• Experience directing staff during shifts and handling scheduling.
• Willingness to train in additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Train staff and create work schedules; monitor performance and address issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Serve as a contact person for associate questions, time-off requests, or concerns.
• Mentor staff and support career development; perform other duties as assigned.
