Compass Group USA is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor for Concordia University in Irvine, CA. This full-time role directs associates on a shift, ensures policy compliance, and maintains quality, safety, and productivity standards.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A background in food and beverage service, inventory, and scheduling is required, with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits program.

• Experience with inventory and scheduling required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure assigned job tasks are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests and time-off matters.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
