Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide training and schedule creation for the team.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Serve as the point of contact for time-off requests and employee concerns.
• Mentor employees and support career advancement within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
