Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager at a Dairy Queen location. The shift manager will ensure quality customer service and food preparation per Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while supporting and learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, the ability to pass a background check, and strong communication in English for this location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
