Job Summary

The food service shift leader supports the store management team by completing store tasks, including food preparation, customer service, housekeeping, and other functions. Ensures an exceptional customer experience aligned with our purpose to “Leave ‘em Better”.

Essential Functions

• Reliable transportation
• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations
• Be reliable, punctual, honest, and maintain a positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate cooking and food preparation equipment
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Understand company products, services, and policies
• Train and supervise team members
• Manage store operations in the absence of the Food Service Manager

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and be a team player
• Work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain cleanliness
• Greet customers and assist with food preparation and service
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards
• Participate in team efforts and execute marketing programs

Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience required
• Successful completion of on-the-job training
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software like Microsoft Office
