Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Honey Dew Shift Lead on the first floor in a fast-paced store environment. The role is hourly, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and a flexible schedule to cover staff and management needs.

You will guide team members, assist with food and supply orders, and help maintain stock and inventory accuracy. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be willing to complete Serv-Safe training at the company's expense.

Qualifications

• Serv-Safe certification or willingness to complete at Global's expense.
• Frequent bending, reaching and lifting of 1–15 lbs; ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to access all store areas and assist with inventory and stock.

Responsibilities

• Work the front counter with staff and provide direction to team.
• Assist with placing and checking in food and supply orders; organize stock.
• Support food inventory audits and safety compliance.
