Job summary

The Grove, Inc. at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) seeks a Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, deliver excellent guest service, and uphold company standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires motivating team members, coaching staff, managing cash and POS, ensuring food safety, and coordinating with airport management. Shifts include 3:30 AM-1:30 PM and 1:30 PM-10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service or restaurant industry.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts while ensuring excellent customer service, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards. Hiring Requirements

• As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete an in-person FBI fingerprint-based background check required for airport security clearance.
